Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ARITONOV KORPORACIJA DOOEL Skopje (АРИТОНОВ КОРПОРАЦИЈА ДООЕЛ Скопје, "we", "us") collects and uses information in the Bodeno app and website. We are the data controller. Contact: contact@aritonovcompany.com.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and sign-in details.
- Profile and body data you enter: such as age, height, weight, goals, body measurements and progress photos.
- Activity you log: workouts, cardio, stretching, meals, ingredients, water and notes.
- Coach messages: questions you send to the AI coach and its answers.
- Purchases: subscription status. Payments are handled by Apple; we never see your card details.
- Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address and device type) needed to run and secure the service.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
How we use it
- To provide the app: store your plan, logs and progress and show them back to you.
- To answer coach questions using your own data.
- To manage your subscription, send account emails and provide support.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
We process this data to perform our agreement with you, with your consent for health-related data you choose to enter, and for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage)
- Vercel (website and app hosting)
- OpenRouter and the AI model provider it routes to (coach answers; only the context needed for your question is sent)
- RevenueCat and Apple (subscriptions)
- Resend (account emails)
Some of these providers process data outside North Macedonia and the EU, under standard contractual protections.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your data and photos are deleted, except where we must keep limited records by law (for example, purchase records).
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Delete your account in the app settings, or email us. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia.
Children
Bodeno is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the date above. For important changes, we will tell you in the app.
